Remove access and request data deletion

Disconnect a provider

  1. Open GetGuth Social and choose Profile in your existing workspace.
  2. Choose Disconnect for the provider and read the confirmation. A successful disconnect deletes the saved credential and marks its connection record disconnected. Connection identifiers and timestamps can remain until deletion is completed.
  3. Read the result. YouTube attempts provider revocation; if Google does not confirm it, the result says so. Meta disconnect removes GetGuth's saved access; remove GetGuth in Meta Business Integrations to revoke provider access too.

You can also review access in Meta Business Integrations or Google account permissions.

Request deletion of GetGuth-held data

Email hello@getguth.com with the subject “GetGuth data deletion request”. Identify the connected provider and account or Page name, and describe what you want deleted. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership before completing the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or recovery codes.

Ask for confirmation when your request is complete. This page does not submit a request automatically. Any data retained for a legal or operational requirement will be explained in the response.

Local drafts and published posts

Remove local drafts in the editor or clear GetGuth site data in that browser. Clearing browser data can also remove access to an anonymous workspace; preserve your workspace access before doing so. Disconnecting or requesting deletion from GetGuth does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube; manage those on the provider.
